Rians remains true to authenticity: a short list of ingredients, carefully controlled oven baking, and slow cooling to achieve a smooth, creamy texture.
On the surface, the fine caramelized layer cracks delicately when tasted, delivering the essential crisp contrast.
Cream: cream, whole egg, sugar, egg yolk, cinnamon extract, colouring: caramel.
Topping: caramel pieces 4% (glucose syrup, sugar). Allergens are indicated in bold.

- Sprinkle the caramel pieces over the cream.
- Enjoy! A simple, quick and delicious way to serve it.
For a truly French-style Crème Brûlée:
- Remove the aluminium lid.
- Sprinkle the caramel pieces evenly over the surface.
- Caramelize for a few seconds with a blowtorch until you obtain a beautiful golden colour.
- Leave to rest for 2 minutes so that a perfectly crisp caramel layer can form.
- Enjoy!
- Preheat your oven on the grill setting.
- Remove the aluminium lid and spread the caramel pieces evenly.
- Place the Crème Brûlée on the top shelf of the oven for 90 seconds.
- Leave to cool for 2 minutes so the caramel layer becomes thin and crisp.
- Enjoy!

- Add the caramel pieces over the cream.
- Cook for 2 minutes at 200°C in the air fryer.
- Leave to cool for 2 minutes to achieve the ideal caramelization.
